A much anticipated visit to Bannisters and Rick Stein's restaurant didn't disappoint. Our entrees were fresh and tasty and not too big to spoil our mains. My partner had the seafood pie and was in raptures.mafter much deliberation, I tackled the chilli crab and was so glad I did. A taste sensation. Our desserts of chocolate fondant (perfection) and ice cream and sorbet (so refreshing) were a delightful end to a lovely experience. Our waitress Bianca was very attentive and made us feel most welcome. Will make the trip down to the south coast again to relive this experience.
